Profiles

How do I change my profile name?

If you want to change your profile name (which is different from the name you use to log onto creativefilth.com) just email us using the feedback form and give us the name you would like to use.  As long as the name is not already in use we will change it for you.  Your user name is the name you use to log into creativefilth.com. Keep in mind if your login name (username) is the same as your Profile name, you will still have to use the old name when you log in. 

I lost my username or password.

If you can’t remember your username and/ or password you can retrieve your username and reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot your username or password?” link on the login page.  You are automatically directed to this page if you enter an incorrect username or password combination, or you can get directly to the page by clicking here.

Can I block members from contacting me?

You can block all members from contacting you by going to your profile in the members section or clicking on your profile name at the top of any page right under the masthead. Click on the “Edit Site Preferences” link and uncheck the box “Allow other members to contact you? “ This will prevent all creativefilth members from sending you messages.  You can check this box at anytime to start receiving messages.  This does not prevent you from sending messages to other members. 

If you are having issues with a particular member please let us know immediately.  Creativefilth.com does not tolerate any harrassment or unwanted contact. 


Can I make certain pictures private?

Yes, you can set any picture loaded into your profile to private by clicking the edit button in the picture list and checking the "private" box.  You can also make the picture private when you upload them by checking the "private" box.  When a picture is set to private it is only visible to people on your friends list. 

Is there a limit to the number of pictures I can upload?

Currently each member can upload a maximum of 50 pictures into their profile.


What kinds of pictures can I post?

Since creativefilth was designed to be an erotic social networking site, you are free to post a wide variety of images including erotic and x-rated images.  The pictures and videos you submit must be yours, meaning that you own them and they are not owned or copyrighted by someone else, downloaded from someone's web site or scanned in from some copyrighted publication. We will not accept any images, videos or any other material, which shows persons under 18 years of age.  Full rules and restrictions are in our Terms of Services agreement.

Can I put pictures into groups?

Currently there is no way to group your pictures, however this feature will be added soon

What is the difference between Basic, Premium and Elite membership?

A Basic membership is free and is designed for those who are just looking aroumd or just want to view our free content. As a basic member, you can explore general areas of the site and make yourself visible to other members. Premium is also free, however, requires that you are active on the site by uploading Photos and information into your profile.  Premimum members can view more content as well as send and review messages.  Elite Membership Allows you to view all of our content as well as attend erotic events. Why do I have to pay?

Our goal is to make Creativefilth.com a comforable place to explore sex and erotica with like minded people without all of the usual undesirable stuff. Everyone's got bills to pay, so it's either charge you a reasonable fee or bombard you with lots of tacky ads and links to sites that you don't really want.   We also want to discourage spammers and hackers from joining and using the site.


How do I cancel my account?

If you would like to suspend or cancel your account use the feedback form and select “my account” from the type of message. Send us a message and tell us whether to suspend or delete your account.  We will suspend or delete your account within six hours.  Suspending your account keeps all of your profile data and photos in our system, however your profile and pictures will be invisible on Creativefilth.  Deleting your account permanently removes everything from our system.  If you plan to ever re-instate your account, we recommend just suspending your membership. You can re-instate it anytime by sending us a message.

General Site Questions

Does Creativefilth send newsletters and other information to its members?

Creativefilth does send out a periodic newsletter (about once a month) containing the latest site updates and new members. 

Please remember that the Creativefilth staff will NEVER contact you from this email address seeking information.  For your safety, do not reveal sensitive information such as real name, phone number or email address unless you are talking to someone you know you can trust.  If this email contains offers for services outside of Creativefilth or is requesting sensitive information, please report it to webmaster@creativefilth.com.
